The Irish have a saying when someone passes, "One got away last night." In our minds, the BEST one got away.

Although we are filled with sadness over Brian's death, we are at the same time relieved that the pain and suffering have ceased. Brian's departure from this time and place was premature, and unexplainable. He was a wonderful young man with such a bright and promising future ahead of him. Words seem inept at expressing our gratitude to the many wonderful friends that have supported us throughout this unfortunate ordeal, without you we'd be lost...Thank you. We would like to extend a special thank you to Brian's neurologist, Dr. Debra Rukin-Gold. You are one in a million. Thank you for your perseverance and your guidance. We would like to also thank Anna, MaryKay, Lucilla and The Hospice of Western Reserve for your support.

Dr. Levian, Dr. Bringlesen, Dr. Hilden and the staff of the Hematology/Oncology Dept. of the Cleveland Clinic, thank you for making us feel like family, you always made Brian feel safe and special.
